They completed the repairs a week before the estimated time frame. All staff members were very kind and went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed and answer any questions that we had. We couldn't have asked for better service!!

Love Crest Collision! Larry **** is our advisor - and fortunately (and unfortunately...) we have had to deal with Larry 3 times - 2 different Infiniti's. Best service ever. Larry is a rock star as is your establishment. My vehicle "Pearl" - looks brand new. The emails you get with updates are priceless. I know we are in good hands anytime we have to do "business" with Crest Collision.

the email updates were nice, except they told me to expect it to take more than 15 days to fix my car. fortunately, it only took 3 days, which is exactly what the guy at the repair shop told me. don't send updates on how things are going if they are not correct.
