Fantastic results - my car looks brand new, I love the detail service to the inside and outside - made me really appreciate the workmanship that done to make it look like brand new even though it is 8 yrs old! Thanks to Larry and the whole crew, they were very professional and friendly!

Chris kept me informed and answered all my questions. Even though a supplemental request was made they still were able to have the car repaired and ready to go in the original date of completion. Always courteous and professional I am completely satisfied.

The actual repair was excellent. Larry was great. My issue was the difficulty I had getting the car scheduled and actually to the garage. I work long hours in December and wanted to drop the car off after the initial assessment. I was told I had to bring the car and could not just leave it. I tried to bring the car in at 8:00 in the morning and was told that the employees were always in a meeting at that time. It was about 30 days before I actually got the car in. I was told it would take about 3-4 days to repair. I got a rental ca r from Enterprise. The next day I got an email saying my repair would actually take 10 days so I returned the rental car because I didn't want the added expense. The car was indeed ready in the original 4 days so I could have kept the rent car. While work was good the scheduling and communication was not

Trent was very helpful in the process of getting my repair completed. He called me several times with updates on the repair work and went over the work that was done prior to my leaving the shop. Crest is well represented with a valued employee such as Trent.
