Great service by the associate. I was VERY happy to have a loaner car. It was very needed. I was disappointed it took so long to get acces to the loaner car which delayed my repairs by 3 weeks. My hope for the future is additional loaner cars available for customer use to speed up the process.

Communication was great, until a delay occurred from breaking a part while it was being removed. Then I had to follow up on my own. Otherwise, all was good.

The paint job was wonderful, although I drove out of the parking lot and immediately a error message displayed on my dash. It said my tires were low. I would think since you took such care in painting and detailing my car that you would make sure my tires were filled with air. I am disappointed that this was not part of prepping my car.
