Taylor was incredible in keeping my in the loop of what was going with my car while in the shop. He was ready to release it and then called me, said he had done a once over on the car and found it was not perfect yet, so it would be another day or 2. I really appreciated that he would not let it go until he felt it was perfect. The entire staff was wonderful in the whole process.

I received numerous texts including one at 8:38 a.m. telling me that my car would be ready to be picked up later in the day. At 12:30 p.m. I called and left a message inquiring if my car was ready to be picked. I texted and called throughout the afternoon and only had my call defaulted to Van's Chevy where the operator was less than helpful. I called on Saturday and did not receive any return calls. Today I learned that the number I was given by Van's Collision belonged to Kelly and she no love Niger worked there. It was a disappointing experience for Van customer of 20 years. Brad M

I'm waiting to hear back from my insur (and from Van's) in re to an issue with my car. Maybe some people appreciate the daily 'uplifting' emails you send out re how much you love my car however I see it as sales **** and found it patronizing. Not one word about what you were finding wrong with my car or what was being done to fix it until I actually drove there and questioned the mechanic. Then the current issue of why the windshield wasn't replaced as part of the accident when a huge crack is apparent that I wasn't told about.

Well when I open my trunk if sticks like if something sticky is somewhere. I'm guessing this might be happening due to fresh paint. I'm hoping it goes away soon.
