The car was in the shop for a week for a bumper repair. Troy advised that he didn't get the OK from Liberty Mutual to proceed after he found additional damage. When I called Liberty Mutual, the representative stated Troy did not forward additional photos as requested. This was the cause for the delay. I left Troy a voicemail; he never got back. I tried speaking to the front desk representative who advised Troy was handling my case. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the service. A simple bumper repair took an entire week all because Troy was incompetent.

my car had extensive damage that required many new parts. All repairs appear to be made and the car looks like new. It took nearly a month to fix everything and that was the only concern I had. I think the reason for the time was the delay in getting the parts.
