Dear Sirs, I am writing about my third interaction with Camelback Collision Center. I brought my car in to be repaired for the third time because of one overriding factor: your most competent employee, Yvonne Sanchez. She is intelligent, friendly, prompt in her responses, always available (and if not, leaves the name of someone who will help me in her absence) and completely thorough and honest in guiding one through the repair process. She updated me every day with important information regarding the repair and probable pick up date. She called me personally on the day before pick up to arrange for a shuttle promptly the next morning, when she met me exactly at the time I arrived and led me through the checkout procedure with alacrity and finesse. Ms. Sanchez is an extremely valuable and unique employee who is entirely devoted to customer satisfaction and does her job better than any other person I know in the industry. It doesn't take 3 weeks just to put a tailgate back on a truck. Make sure u have all quotes ready an submitted at da same time. Not a week later saying it was forgot to add another part that needs approved by insurance. Have everything ready and get job done faster...

Rob did an amazing job taking care of me. He always checked in when progress is being made by calling me. Always before my text message notifications which I think is more personal. He answers all my questions and concerns with in-depth details to make sure I am on the same page as him. THANK YOU Rob, not only for your service to your customers at Camelback Toyota Collision Center, but also your service to our country. I will be referring my friends and family. I also want to give a shout-out to the receptionist that was on duty 09/22/17 between the time of 0730 - 1200 for answering my questions and always polite. She does a good job multi-tasking when bombarded by customers and phone calls while holding up a smile. She sets a good initial impression and positive atmosphere when I am already stressing over the car accident and transportation issues (I live 100 miles away from the center). I don't remember her name but it does not make her any less significant to my experience. Please recognize these two staff members. Thank you.

This isn’t my second time bringing a repair to Camelback Collision Center - and just like before, I had an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I have been and will continue to recommend CCC to anyone I know looking for repair work with no hesitation. Special thanks to Luke, who honestly deserves to be specially commended for the amazing customer service he provided to me during my experience. I told him I’d be back by 6pm and he assured me he’d wait for me so I could pick up my vehicle, but with the heavy traffic at that hour, I was a good 15 minutes late. Luke was about to leave for the day, but once he saw me, he turned right back around and got my paperwork, went over it with me, and brought around my beautiful repaired Lexus even with all of the building lights out for the day. He knew how much I wanted to finally pick it up that day so he made sure I was a happy customer. That is truly impressive service. Thank you, Luke. And thank you CCC. I’m sure I’ll be back - just hopefully not any time soon!
