Rob was great, he was responsive and helpful and kept me informed. He also was thoughtful about the issues that concerned me regarding timing of the repair. He ensured the paint was right and when they discovered an issue with my tire before pickup, he let me know and quickly changed the tire himself. Lastly, it was all done way ahead of schedule.

Excellent experience. Rob **** was our customer representative. He was very professional; kept us up to date about the repairs on a timely basis and the repair was done more quickly than was initially predicted. The repair work was a very good job and the car was vacuumed and washed when we picked it up. I would recommend your Collision Center to others.

My wife had to take the vehicle back for an alignment that was supposed to be done to begin with. She was late to our daughter's graduation because she had to drive all the way back to return the vehicle for the alignment. Meanwhile, she also had to swap out my baby's car seat once again into the sedan (not and SUV) like we had before which took up a lot of her time and energy having to deal with our baby girl who is only 18 months old. Camelback collision needs to slow down and listen to the customer and follow through on their promise to repair the vehicles in a timely manner.

Yvonne was great. She kept me informed and was very efficient. The bumper looks great, but when they washed the car, the paint on the trunk door has been damaged. I have pictures and would like the damage repaired. I realize there was sum damage already present and was reported, but the condition is much worse and in new places when my car was returned.
