I was not commentated with in an affective manner. An exorbitant amount of time was taken for the repair. The quality of work needed to be readdressed before receiving my vehicle. There is no reason for anyone to contact me at this point. There is nothing that can be changed about this experience now that it is finished. This was my family's 5th time at this facility, and it is now our last.

To begin with, I couldn't have asked for a better estimator. Travis was amazing from the beginning. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. He made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Travis handled any issues that came up and did everything in his power to return my vehicle to me as soon as possible. He kept in contact with me the whole time, giving me updates and making me feel at ease.
