It was great working with Travis! He kept me up to date on the status of my car and I'm happy with the end result. Customer service is important to me and it was a pleasure to work with Danielle as well, she's quick, knowledgeable and was extremely kind to me every time I called. Travis is terrific. Our car was done sooner than expected and so we were able to return our rental to Enterprise at least a week ahead of schedule. The office personnel are very efficient. Only glitch was that they had to remove some tree sap that had fallen on the trunk of the car when it was parked.

I have to say I was worried about "Ruby" being worked on. Sometimes car places don't care about their work and it can be bad business. You guys have shown great communication and careness!!
