Although the repair time took too longer than expected, but I received constant communication every step of the way from Chris. He was courteous and took his time to explain the process and the cause of delay at every junction. I appreciate the fact that he ensured that every possible damage to my car was addressed. That says a lot that the staff of Gwinnett body shop cares about their customers and stand by their work.

Jackie always does an excellent job and provides outstanding customer service. She was out on leave the last time I had to bring my car in. I had all kinds of problems, and noticed a definite difference when I had to work with her replacement. I was sure glad to see her back during this visit. She is an asset to your shop. I always refer gwinnett place body shop and tell them to ask for Jackie. Thanks again for the outstanding service!
