When I took a close look at the car I noticed paint flaws in the "sail panel" behind the second door, which was a repair area, when I look down the area of main damage it is clear to me that those areas telegraph through, as if they weren't finished well enough. The car was supposed to be done on Thursday the 7th and I didn't get it back until Monday the 11th so I really didn't want the hassle and cost to my insurance company to bring it back to have the repair repaired.

She communicated when the parts were to arrive, followed up when there was a problem with one of the parts and kept us up to date on when our car would be ready. The paint work was excellent. The repair looks great! Only one comment. The guys put the driver's seat back to fit their long legs and I got in and couldn't budge it, so Kelly had to take the car to the back and have them move it forward, which was a struggle, she said. I've had this happen before and would really appreciate it if the seat were returned to its forward position. Not a big deal, really, but it would be nice.
