David kept my Husband and I well informed concerning our vehicle progress this I have purchased four vehicles from TownEast Ford and I've had bad experiences each time I come there but this Body Shop is outstanding from the frontdesk Staff to David. David is great he made me smile when I was feeling worried about my vehicle. This place gave us quality service thanks to the people who fixed my car in the back area you all made my car look brand new again inside and out you all deserve a pat on the back for a job well done thank you all so very much! We will refer family friends about this great Bodyshop when needed.

Handled very well. Rick was on top of it, he kept us posted And everything looked and worked well when we Picked up the car. He even replaced a cd set that Was apparently damaged. Having the car detailed on top of everything Was the best!!!!
