When I dropped my car off, it had received some damage in a parking lot. I asked for two other spots to be fixed on the front bumper. Geico even offered to pay for the rental car for an additional day or two so it could get repaired. I was prepared to pay for the repair out of pocket. I got the car back yesterday. These additional spots were not taken care of. Also, when I got home and removed my key fob from the ignition, there was wax or rubbing compound packed into the grooves of the fob. I haven't had a chance to see it in total daylight yet, to further asses the paint but it appears the paint was done decently. I do know that I'll have to find a detail guy to hopefully get it looking as smooth as the rest of my Buick. It only has 14k miles on it and I hope I can get it looking good again. Overall, the experience was good. All of the staff were awesome and the transaction was easy. I just wish there were better notes taken upfront instead of rushing me off so I could have got what I wanted out of the experience. I would come back again.

the car was delivered dirty inside and out side(Rich & Charlie)witnessed that . the spare tire was used one though the original one was brand new .the tail light is not working .There is a missing part which covers the battery under the hood .The setting of the driver seat and the Bluetooth were gone . The car stayed in the repair shop for over 2 month .

People there Were very courteous they make sure everything was right there was a problem with the paint so they did let over Melissa told me The car would be ready Friday the 18th thank you very much Melissa gave me a survey to fill that out thank you very much see you on the next car

The process was stream lined making it easy and convenient. The staff was friendly. I think you need to consider cleaning or replacing the waiting area furniture. I refused to sit down in them because of their filthy appearance.

I just noticed on the passenger door on driver's side by the handle that the paint has not been buffed out. It has runs.
