I was completely happy with David Maus collision, especially Nick, my adjuster. He was so attentive and answered all my questions and didn't rush me. I felt like he was truly looking out for me and what was best for my car. Jennifer was also very helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me collect payment from the individual who damaged my car. I really liked the text updates from Jodi. They kept me informed of the progress of my car and didn't interrupt my day. Jodi's texts were perfect I'm length and info. She is sweet and friendly; a really nice personality. I'm glad I got to meet her in person.
I was not happy with my rental experience with Enterprise. Nick gave me an estimate for the rental but Enterprise upgraded without telling me it would cost more. When I had to keep the car longer than expected, I was shocked to owe twice as much as I thought. Then Enterprise charged me more than I owed. I had to point out the overcharge before they would refund. The whole rental return experience took about an hour total which seems too long.
But again, I was very happy with everyone at the collision center.

Service was wonderful. Everyone was extremely courteous & friendly. However, there were things on the repairs that should have been seen by the body shop. I had to point these things out to the rep. when my car was delivered to me & vehicle was returned to body shop twice. Additionally, the paperwork was not correct. My vehicle is a 2016. All the paperwork said 2015. I was told that this is a function of faulty computer software. This was unacceptable to me & should be to you as well. When I received my vehicle the door was not locked so I just got in & drove. As I was going down I-4 I noticed a warning light on the dash. It was a red key with a line through it. I pulled over, pulled out the owners manuel which told me that there was a malfunction of the ignition &/or the auto (no key) entry system. I tested the entry using the push button on the door & it's inoperable. I had to use the key. When I brought it in this system was functioning perfectly. I am going to have to drive back there tomorrow (Tuesday 9-29-15) & attempt to have this repaired. It was too late to come back today.
