There is a rattle and vibration on the front end of my car that has NEVER been there before (even after my accident). David Maus Collision couldn't find the source, so I was referred to David Maus Volkswagen who now wants me (or Progressive) to pay a diagnostic fee to tighten up and fix the shortcomings in David Maus Collision's work. So one David Maus company wants payment to finish another David Maus company's paid work. I'm not impressed.

Damien who wrote estimate said parts would be ready to go to minimize days to repair. I gave a week notice before spot and parts were not ready. It was hell to make appointment to bring car. I left several messages with no return calls. Thank you finally to Jennifer Weber who set appointment. I was getting text alerts all week saying all was going smooth. When repairs were taking long get, the alerts were tedious and pointless. Once I got person handling claim's cell #,(Richard Gallen)I was getting real time explanations. The repairs were done satisfactory but I would think twice before having any repairs done there again.

I had a magnet and a sticker that were removed and apparently just thrown away. The intake people should have let me know that might happen and give me the opportunity to remove them myself.
