Mel in the auto body shop was awesome. She kept me informed every step of the way. I was not pleased with the Enterprise car rental policy. There were a lot of hidden charges. I used Enterprise in the passed and loved them. I even recommended friends and family. But now I won't. I paid **** price per day in the past. Now there is a charge for tire wear, mileage, and the list goes on. The bill is very difficult to read and understand. I see Enterprise is making great profits and won't need my business anymore.

My oil change sticker was removed from my front wind shield and not replaced so I can keep track of when my next oil change is due. I do not want to have to look at an invoice to figure it out. In inquiring, I was advised that you did not actually change my oil. Betty S

Jodi who works with the State Farm was FANTASTIC! She followed up and kept me in the loop at all times. She was funny and very helpful! There was a girl named Carol in the front desk however who was completely useless. When I was dropping off my car she wrote my name down and said Ed would be right with me. I sat there and she was not responsive so I go back up to the desk and she was completely clueless and I had to say who I was and what I was doing again. She also answered the phone once when I called and the same situation.

I must say, from beginning to finish was an experience to be applauded; as well as the experience was due a standing ovation.I am so chose your place of business. The two liaisons, Hector and Mel(Melissa)showed excellent Customer Service skills, they were also, dependable as wells knowledgeable.
