Disappointed with delivery ills dusty car with grease smudges an body parts. Bmw has u beat because they hand was cars and are gleaming when customer picks it up. Very impressive.

I was real happy with Mr.Ron! The only thing that could have been caught before I got there was that my bumper had white residue on it which is what I had replaced and the washed it ....it was cleaner than it was before I brought it but it was smeared once you got up close to it...which I didn't notice any of this when I picked my car up because I was just happy to see my car after having a rental car for 3 days that was like a matchbox to my car! But overall , I got my car back when promised and the repair was fine!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Vandergriff Collision. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Ron answered all of my questions and reassured me that my car would be repaired in no time. This was my first time bringing a car in for repair so I was unsure of the process, but he helped me with each step. On top of the updates that I was getting via text, Ron also called me about my updates on the car which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely come back to this location for any future repairs (hopefully not too soon).
