I have had to have my car repaired twice since Feb 2017 due to collisions (both not my fault). The work on the car has looked great and the customer service has been great. This specific experience had been difficult with the insurance company, but Jimmy handled that part for me, which too a lot of stress off of me, which was great! I am very greatful!

My husband and I were very satisfied. We made the 355 mile trip . All because Vandergriff was highly recommended. And YES they completed the work on both our vehicles in a timely manner. We again were VERY satisfied!

While my service advisor was very professional and I'm pleased with the job, I was very frustrated with other things. For instance 3 says in a row calling between 2 and 4 pm no one picks up the phone. Trying numerous times each day and letting it ring for at least 5 minutes each time with no answer. So I tried emailing and all of the emails on the website kicked the emails back as address not good. Then I had to cancel my original appointment and reschedule only to find out that the rescheduled appointment was never put on the schedule. It's these types of things that frustrate and will ultimately make customers go elsewhere.

The experience was very pleasant. The cashier's were nice when checking out. The estimator was helpful on explaining the process on the replaces of my car.

Thank you Vandergriff Collision for a smooth operation. Marcus was truely fantastic!! He kept us up to date on the process of getting our vehicle repaired. I love the texts keeping us up to date. Even though Marcus was keeping us up to date as well!! Lol. The front office girls were so cheerful and sweet. I appreciate everyone there making us feel comfortable about leaving our vehicle. We will definitely be back if there is a need. I will definitely recommend Vandergriff collision to all my friends & family. Kay & Steve Thornton

Jimmy Nipp needs to be commended for how he handled my situation. He went above and beyond, when he did not have to, to make sure that this process went as smooth as possible for me.
