Simple, I liked dealing with Britt. He seemed very straight forward, good about getting back with me and keeping me up to par with what was going on with my vehicle. If he treats everyone else like he treated me ( I'm sure he would ) your business will do better because of him. He works well with people from the client side of things. Also he's a vet, much respect. Hire more guys and gals like him and business will never be a problem for your company.- Kyle M

Everyone was so helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I was constantly updated on the status of my car via texts and calls from Scott, which was great because I actually felt in the loop about my car's progress. All in all, 12/10 in satisfaction.

We have now had two repair jobs completed at the Toyota Collision Center. I have been impressed with the professionalism that I have seen. Starting with Scott Adkins and the team that works with him. The status updates via E-Mail and phone calls are very timely and helpful. It has been too cold to really give our car a close inspection, but I expect that I will not be disappointed. Ron Fry
