Andrew was wonderful! Kept us in the loop through out the process! We also love RANDY and his attention to our needs in the past ! We always joke with him and say we need to put RA on a retainer. We always look to the dealership for any problems we have with both our Lexus cars! We always recommend you all to others !

Unfortunately, I have required body work services three times in the past three years. Fortunately, all three times you have taken care of my problems so expertly it removed all hassle in getting my vehicle back on the road. I purchase all my vehicles from Richardson Toyota, and have used you on all necessary services involving body work. Tommy is very wonderful to work with, and I LOVE your almost daily email update on progress. Also, this time the work was actually completed two days ahead of schedule. Hopefully I won't need you in the near future, but when and if I do, you will be my first call. Also recommend you to all my friends! Thanks for everything!

Not only did they fix my dent, but included update e-mails through out the process so I always felt like I knew where we were in the process. Also, they had fixed a front quarter panel last year and it was coming lose. Without asking them they also fixed that panel.
