Customer service at ECC was fantastic from beginning to end! My vehicle was repaired a day early and everything turned out amazing. In fact, the folks at ECC even removed two scratches that weren't even a part of my accident claim.....returning my vehicle to like new condition!

Have your folks who do the work for evaluating of vehicles. Give them the personality to be a person who can do more than talk about car damage. Give them character.

When I inspected my car, it was obvious that the bumper was not a fit with big gap between light and bumper. The manager explained the parts which are aftermarket should fit, but not always. He is ordering a new one, but that means coming back. This should have been caught with preliminary inspection by company. Also car was dirty inside and out. Past experience with a body shop the car was spotless and looked new again.

My adjuster, Gary, was friendly and professional. Very helpful! I had a couple of minor issues after I picked up my vehicle and the technician Jason fixed everything in an expeditious manner. Jason was also very friendly! Great experience with Emerald Coast Collision! Thank you for everything.
