The daily updates were outstanding, much more than I expected. It's hard to explain how many frustrating Hours they saved us each day. Eric ****was on top of all of our questions before we asked or had serious concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable about the company's business and deals with customers like me, who I suspect ,are not that pleasant at the counter. A solid TEN for all, but I hope I never have to do business with you all again. best , Col Keeler.

My car was repaired perfectly. There was no indication whatsoever of any prior damage. The interior was cleaned very well. Thank you for doing such a great job on my vehicle and making it a completely painless process.

A most professional and friendly service facility...When I've unfortunately had to visit you following damage to one of my autos, Gary and the others always lift my spirits and leave me feeling as if I've left my car with trusted family members for repair. It's easy to see why USAA has made you a star facility...you share their high standards...God Bless

Service was completed sooner than expected even after adding diamond detail package after dropping off. Pickup was a breeze and associate explained everything well (ie not waxing new bumper for 30 days). Considering bringing my Cadillac in for detail package and and cosmetic body work.
