I appreciated the quick and friendly response to get my repaid assessed and completed. It was nice to get updates as the repairs were in progress. Every person I came in contact with was professional and friendly and I had no doubts that my car would be perfect

If there are any additional fees after the estimate please let the customer know as soon as possible not the day of pick up when everything is done. I personally do not like being blind sided, I think it’s sketchy and shady business. What if I did not want additional add on or service to the car? You should let the customer decide, not you guys. You guys seem to have a great communication with the customers, like updating customers frequently which makes me to believe that you have a good communication with the repairman. So why is it hard to tell me that you had to raise the price for the paint for it to match the color of my car. Because personally I wouldn’t have cared if it was off by a little. But I wasn’t informed of that until the day of pick up. Like I said shady business right there. Other than that overall customer satisfaction is good.

Emerald Coast Collision was awesome. The repair was done excellent. The service department was top notch and they got my car done 2 days early. I would highly recommend them.
