My service repairman (I think his name is Chuck.) was outstanding. He kept me up to date on repairs and slso took time out of his personal weekend time to meet me so I could drop off vehicle after hours. The repair work looks great and your guys even cleaned my car!! I'm happy to see such pride from a company to get a job and exceed in pleasing the customer!!

Excellent repair job, however, customer service was not the best, not in the sense that the people were rude or mean, but there was too many mistakes and miscommunications, the person handling my claim at the store, while nice, was disorganized and as a result I was forced on more than one occasion to wait for long periods of time or told to 'come back tomorrow.'
