Everyone that I encountered at Abra was pleasant and very helpful. The manager even drove me to the rental car lot so I wouldn’t have to wait for a shuttle. I mostly worked with Dan and he was great. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. After the repairs were finished Dan brought my truck to my office because I was unable to pick it up before they closed.
I received personal updates through the week about my truck. And I was surprised that the repairs were done as quickly as they were and done with great quality!
I have already referred my family and friends to Abra and wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else now! Very satisfied, great work, great customer service, great all around!
