Took alot longer than it should have because they used non o.e.m. parts and this caused issues because they ordered the wrong part several times but they worked through theses problems. I would definitely go back.

The repair was excellent! However, the interior was left disheveled. The seats were moved and laid down/folded, the floor mats were not replaced or replaced incorrectly, the Blind Spot Monitoring system (BMS) light was supposed to be looked at and instead of addressing it the BMS system was just turned off.

When you replaced my 2 driver side doors recently the interlock I on the driver door was not connected. The battery died at the air port and I had to rent a car then tow the car in to Durango motors then call a locksmith to open the door. The total bill for me was 680.

always good service. this was the 2nd car we had repaired. Only thing we'd like to mention is the time to get scheduled and Abra had our insurance company check for several weeks. I called Abra when I saw that the insurance had issued a check and we were not even scheduled yet. I don't know if it was because our car was still drivable that we were delayed about 6 weeks
