Michael was very professional, kind and communicated thoroughly about the status of my car. You guys got the job done quickly and it looks great. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Car repairs can be a hassle but you guys made it a smooth process.

I am overwhelmed by the professionalism of the various individuals i encountered at ABRA. From the front receptionist to the GEICO representative, the ABRA service manager and finially the Enterprise rent-a-car representative. Each were both helpful and surprisingly helpful with their nice and genuine attitudes. As promised i was continually made aware of ABRA's progress by the Service Manager. He even agreed to stay late on a Friday evening to make sure my car was completed. Please convey my utmost gratitude to each of these individuals for their help and caring with fixing my vehicle. We brought our car in the morning, and they had it ready that night. Gene even stayed after hours for us to be able to come grab our car that night. They also took the keys for our rental car and took care of getting it back, and our car looks AMAZING! I was beyond impressed with the service they provided! I will never go anywhere else!

I had a great experience! To start the location was so easy to find and get to. Mike was amazing. He was very quick and efficient doing the estimate which is always a plus when you are trying to controller a toddler at the same time. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and the receptionist is so nice and friendly. When I brought my car in to be fixed, Mike had already taken care of everything with my insurance company and was ready right away with all the paperwork that needed to be signed and I was in and out in five minutes. I was told it would be ready in two days and to my surprise I got a call and it was ready not even a day later! When I came to pick up my car it looked perfect! And they had also washed it and cleaned the interior! I was so impressed. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need another repair!
