The day I brought my vehicle in, I felt like the only person who was really there to help me and provide excellent customer service was the Geico adjuster, Zack. I was really disappointed in how I was approached and treated by others. When I picked up my vehicle, I was treated much better than when I dropped it off. However, I still feel a bit of sting from the slights of the first day, but I want to be honest about my whole experience.
