Honestly, so amazing! Everyone kept me so informed the entire process and was so kind. I was so shocked to see they had detailed my car so when I got it back it was so clean and way better than when I had given it to them. From start to finish I was never in the dark and treated so well. Such a good experience!

Gene did his best to make necessary repairs affordable. He waited for me to retrieve insurance check I'd forgotten to bringafter hours on a Friday and was very good- natured about it. Keep me informed as to progress of repairs as it went. Everthing went in a timely manner and car looks great

You have a very well organized and operated business here. I was surprised how well the staff kept me updated. Carl was especially helpful in his thoughtful reviews, reports, and willingness to stay after hours in order to accommodate my availability to pick up my car from being repaired. It also seems apparent that, even though you have three different businesses all in the same place (ABRA, Geico, and Enterprise), everyone in the organization collaboratively works together to accomplish key results. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. The staff in American Fork deserve a profound level of recognition for the work they do.

The whole process was so efficient in meeting with the insurance agent, the auto body rep, and the rental car rep in one place. I was pleased that the original bumper was able to be repaired without needing to replace it. I appreciated the email updates (one which highly entertained me). Everybody I worked with was wonderful. Carl offered to stay late if I wanted to pick up the car the day it was done. I didn't take him up on it, but I thought it was very kind and generous of him to offer. I would not hesitate to utilize ABRA again in the future.

Getting in a wreck in a fairly new truck that wasn't my fault was not fun! You always have a certain feeling about your big beautiful red truck after it has been dinged and dented pretty badly. Don't know if it will ever feel the same. From the moment we got to Abra, Gene was great! Kept us informed and got us going again, in only three days! BUT...MORE IMPORTANTLY...OUR TRUCK WAS BETTER WHEN WE GOT IT BACK THAN WHEN WE BROUGHT IT IN. Now how often does that happen in life in general??? Not only was our truck completely repaired (which was expected)...it was washed, completely, buffed out...completely! A couple of scratches from hunting on the side of the truck which were completely unrelated had been buffed out. Also the interior had been vacuumed and cleaned.
