Excellent customer service from start to finish. All the guys at Abra were great at keeping me informed at each step in the process of getting my body work done. The paint does not match the paint on my car. I tried telling the guy and he tried convincing me it was just the light. I felt like he wouldn't listen to me. I was told my car would take 3 days. After 2 days I got a text saying it would be done the next day. On the third day, I got a text saying they were on the home stretch. The next day I got a text saying they were trying to get someone to detail it. I had to wait 2 more days later that and then I called in to see if it was done and it was. I thought I would have gotten a phone call telling me it was done, but no. I initially thought the service was going to be great but I was fooled.

They were very attentive to making sure that I was taken care of shortly after I arrived. They quickly completed my paperwork and when the rental car did not arrive on time they even took me to Enterprise and waited until they made sure I had a car. Pick up was quick and the car looks great. Thanks!

Very attentive group, explained everything slowly, carefully and made sure if I had any questions - I was given the chance to fully ask and I received a thorough answer. This goes to all those involved, **** for Abra, for Geico rep Zimmerman, and the Enterprise person, Jin. They are truly dedicated to the individual and their problems, this makes a big difference. **** called me every morning to update me, that's attention to detail, and that mattered to me.

I am happy with the way my at turned out in looks. It has a few spots that weren't quite done but they're very small so I don't mind. What I was unhappy with was the length of time it took to get my car back and the hoops I had to jump through to get my car completely fixed. Kind of hoping it is completely fixed after the long process of mechanics saying they somehow couldn't feel that my car was vibrating ? But Erika from the front desk was always a pleasure to deal with and the work they did after they finally agreed it was a problem seems great.
