They were very good about keeping us up to speed on what was going on with my vehicle. The repairs were good and the employees were very nice. The process was very easy and ABRA did all of the hard work. :)

For all the cost of the damage repaired, it would have been nice if the few small scratches not related to the incident could have been buffed. Four thousand dollars should have covered the ten minutes that would have taken. The windshield is so filmy and streaked it is hard to see through. Messages like "your car is happy" and after I have already picked up my car telling me that it's almost done are disruptive and useless.

Excellent and friendly service, Thank you for the email updates you never left me wondering what was going on with my service, but I have to say it was above and beyond awesome when you offered to have my Envoy delivered to my home at no extra charge. Thank you for such kindness I will recommend ABRA to others.

The entire experience with abra was great. I appreciated Doug's help with getting my vehicle ready for repairs. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns and helped ease my mind. Maria was great as well. I dropped off my car before work. She contacted the rental car place right away to help save time. I loved getting the text messages everyday about the updates on my vehicle. I received a voicemail, text and email when my car was ready. It was even ready ahead of schedule. My car was washed and vacuumed when my husband picked it up. I am very satisfied with my experience at abra!

I am so glad that Honda recommended me to ABRA. I was involved in a hit and run which was very annoying. Gary handled everything and then some. He was so helpful I was no longer annoyed with the situation. I would recommend his help as well as the teams help over and over. Fingers crossed that I am not involved in another accident but if that does happen I know where I will take it without a doubt! Thank you Gary and team!

I was horribly dissatisfied with the experience that I had with the Abra location in Plainfield. The amount of time it took to fix my issues was unnecessaryly long. Not to mention when I came to pick it up they completely failed to fix the scratches on my mirror, so I had to wait while they did that. When I got into my car all my personal belongings had been shoved into my trunk with no regards to what they were. Then, upon further inspection my mirror still has issues to be handled and my door handle was not repaired either. Finally, when calling to voice my issues Maria was extremely rude and lacked complete customer service. She was not helpful and probably could have resolved my frustration with a simple apology and customer service, but instead infuriated me even more. This is the second time I have gone to you guys and will be the last. Neither time was pleasant.
