Work was fine. Approach to service suboptimal. Nearly 2 weeks from calling for appointment to actual repair date. Then the appointment was not in the system. Deductible and estimate paidc3 weeks before actual service. I was told I needed to pay deductible. Office did not believe me even though I had documentation. I had to call USAA and have them confirm. I have been a USAA member for 42 years with repairs in Minnesota the UK and Cleveland. This is the worst service I have had. I told **** at the time of pick up about the issues. I will also notify USAA that this service does not conform to other USAA contracts in my experience. Thanks BJHoogwerf, MD

Great customer service. I was kept up-to-date on repairs via texts and phone calls. When I didn't have time to get to the shop for pickup prior to closing, Abra drove to my work on the other side of the city to give me my vehicle and return the rental.

I really appreciate the speed that my repair was done. I didn't expect it to be done in one day. I also appreciate you guys cleaning my car. I was embarrassed at dropping my car off dirty, but to come back to a clean car makes me feel great. You guys also respected my time as well. Every time I came in I was in a hurry and you guys did whatever it took to make sure I was in and out. that meant having to drive me over to enterprise to pick up my rental car. Everyone was very friendly and informative, and made me feel like I was really being taken care of. Thanks for all you guys did!
