The system you use to alert your customers is not that great. You guys started off strong, seemed really great when I met you at first under the circumstances. Informed me you will call and text mon, wed, fri. Which works, I would get the text in morning and half hour to an hour later I get call. I was told the car could be done by Wednseday but more likely Thursday or Friday. I got a text that Tuesday that it would be done thursday (2/19) on Wednesday text said nearing completion and got the call and said you were starting to paint the car, so I assumed it would be done the following day, so didn't ask any questions. Heard nothing on thursday but I assumed that something came up and didn't get finished. On friday morning I got a text saying everything is on schedule, but to mean on schedule was completion on thursday. So i gave half hour and called the office. I am assuming the front desk answered I said I was just checking in since I got a text that it would be done on thursday earlier in week and that morning I got a text saying its on schedule. She told me to ignore the text as it comes from corporate and they would call when there is an update. She then transferred me to the back where I talked to someone that knew more about what was going on with the car and they informed me that a part had not arrived yet and they were waiting on it. Everything else was good, just kind irritated that I was told that I will get text and call but then informed after the fact that I should ignore it and made planning my weekend a disaster.

Kept me up to date and returner my vehicle faster than expected in clean condition. Nothing bad to report at all.

Dean my adjustor was a pleasure working with and I will be going back to Hubler Express for all my vehicle damage needs because of his excellent customer service.

The estimate of when my car would be finished was very misleading. I put 25 in the gas tank after being told it would take several days before my car was finished. The car was finished the next day. I wasted approximately 20. I will not be doing business with a Abra in the future.

I liked the text message and phone call progresses.

Honestly, i wasnt expecting much in terms of customer service from an auto body shop. However, the service i received was probably the best ive had in months. That includes restaurants, banks, retail stores, etc. Well done. Im glad your team seems to take so much pride in their job. Well done.

The repairs were done in a timely matter and looks great. The inside of his car was even cleaned out (which I'm sure was a huge job all on its own) and we appreciate it so much. Dean kept me in the loop on what steps were happening with the car almost daily and answered all of my questions that I had. Thank you for a great job!
