This was my first experience with Don Juan's Paint & Body, and I would certainly use your company again, and will recommend it to others. The process was streamlined and flowed smoothly start to finish on the estimated completion date. I appreciated the frequent status communications. Superb service.
My only (minor) complaint would be that there is a smell in the car that I sense may be a cleaner used. I should have mentioned that I try to keep my environment as scent free as possible and not to use any products IN the car with scents. It is possible the smell is from the paint job, but I smell it even in the cargo area in the back (the work was done in the front).

You not only performed the needed work but also did additional work on the R door/mirror. I did not how I was going to pay for the additional work on the R door & mirror. I was not going to file a new claim and I knew I would have to pay "out of pocket".

Our pathfinder now has an exhaust leak and the back hatch no longer responds to the wireless control. Doesn’t open automatically and doesn’t close automatically. I suspect that this is a wiring harness issue. Will have Toyota look at it. They repaired it shortly before the accident.
