there was a miscommunication between the staff and customer about who was contacting the insurance company, your staff blamed us. Our truck came back with headlight, turn signal and marker light not installed properly, and we have also been told that is our problem. The first problem was eventually solved but now we have to bring the truck back to solve the other problem. So, with that said we have been quite dissatisfied with the service we have received.

This was our family's third vehicle repaired by JR's. There can't be any other vehicle repair shop any better than JR's Auto Body. We were/are completely satisfied with their work. I would dare anyone to show me where they could notice anything different from before the accident. To ALL the staff at JR's - Thank You and especially to Louie!!!!

Chose your shop based on a friend 's recommendation. The receptionist and "Estimate Lady" were very friendly and personable...making it easy to do business. The car (right fender) looks good, as well as the paint job. Not happy that some thoughtless idiot scraped my car in the parking lot, but pleased we met and you made things right again.

It took way to long to get parts in. I was told several times the parts were not readily available, but i was able to find them in less than a minute through a google search. Not happy. Will not come back!
