This is my third time to use abra for my car repair and i always had an excellent and very fast service. They took care of everything and i did not have to worry anything. It took my car almost 3 weeks to get repaired because of the extent of the damage which is very fast. But i wish it took longer because i was enjoying my rental car :). I also like how they give an update on the status of the repair. It gives me a good estimate on how long it will take for my car to get repaired. I would definitely recommend abra and use them again for all my repair needs. Thank you again.

I am not satisfied... I have the feeling when I drop my car for repair it's raining will not fix right and the girl that helping me I don't have confidence on her I have to pointed on her the damage..I told her that need to make it sure check the corner

My only comment would be the woman at the front desk needs back up. All three times I was in the office, She was juggling multiple people and no one helped her. Those of us waiting were a bit annoyed. She was always nice and would say she would be with us as soon as possible.
