My experience was great. This was the first time I've ever been in a car wreck and I was nervous about taken my car somewhere to be fixed. I picked ARBA because of their good reviews but I will definitely go back because of their great customer service, helpful tack ticks of explaining what was done to my car and the process of what they will be doing, and willingness to answer all my questions I may have. I appreciate good service. Thank you!

I recently had some work done on my CR-V at the Abra shop in Renton, WA (Located: 330 Main Ave South Renton, WA 98057; Job number: 10363). The entire experience was perfect. Getting the work setup was easy and within a reasonable amount of time, all the work done was explained to me very well, the time estimate for the work turned out to be completely accurate (as well as faster than I thought it would be), the entire staff was very friendly, and the end result of the work was better than I had hoped for--ultimately, it looked like nothing had ever happened to my vehicle (and they even did a full cleaning of my vehicle, which was a very pleasant surprise). I will be recommending Abra to all my friends and would gladly come back should I ever require their services again. I would again like to commend all the employees (both reception and repair staff) as they were all very friendly, informative, helpful and made the experience very pleasant.
