In general, customers want their vehicle returned as soon as possible, but they also want to be given realistic estimates of when that may be. I would rather be told, with a high degree of certainty, that my car will be ready "early next week", rather than be told that there could be an outside chance that the car could be ready by the end of the current week. If you play it more conservative then your shop reaps the full benefit and credit if in fact you have the customer's car ready on Tuesday, for example, when Wednesday was the expressed target delivery date. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Abra and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks!
