100% great job by everyone involved. You took great care of my car and me. Thank you very much to Mark, Donna, and everyone else that helped me get my car back to normal in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with the customer service and the collision repair although when I looked at the inside of my vehicle there were new soil marks in various areas of the vehicle. The soil marks included a large boot footprint, pen mark on the driver side interior, black sticky substance on the steering wheel and seat, several black marks on the carpeting, scratch on seat tracking, etc. I was able to clean most, not all, of these marks up, but don't expect to have to do this when paying for a big collision repair. Also plastic ziplock bag with a screw was left in trunk area, and there seems to be a rattling sound that wasn't previously there - but will need to investigate this further. These issues make it appear that whoever was working on the vehicle was sloppy and not careful while handling the vehicle. I noticed these issues because I bought this vehicle new in April and it was in pristine condition. Don't know if this happened because the seats had to be removed or something, but the interior condition of the vehicle was definately not this way when I dropped it off.

Diana, was very communicative and helpful. The tecs did a clean fine job repairing my car. It was clean when I picked it up.

I had brought my 2008 Lexus in for repair because of a hit and run party to which I was able to obtain their PEMCO insurance. I've specified that all repairs including the car rental roll go through the PEMCO insurance (by the person that hit my car) and NOT my insurance at ALLSTATE. Yet for some reason my Allstate info was given to Enterprise for the charge on car rental. So I had to request that this was changed. Secondly, when I got my car back, it was disappointingly not vacuumed or washed as a courtesy that typical auto body shops do. And that's fine but I thought it was odd. Or even if they did vacuumed or washed the car, I seriously couldn't tell the difference because my car still had dirt on the carpet. Nonetheless, the issue that really got me going was when I had opened my trunk and noticed that all my belongings in the trunk was tossed all over the place! The hard cover platform that covers the bottom compartment of the trunk (where the spare tire was) was completely removed and simply tossed over my belongings! I understand that The technician might have needed access to the trunk to fix the damage but the blatant disregard to put the board back into place is unbelievably unprofessional to me. He blatantly threw all my stiff just over the spare tire and then threw the board that was supposed to cover the tire over my belongings! It literally just baffles me on his pure laziness to put things back in order. I don't expect my things to be organized but at least have the decency to replace my trunk cover the way it was before! For this very reason, I don't want believe I will be coming back or referring anyone there.

Great experience!

I like the people that worked there they were efficient very courteous and very well-informed and they kept me informed at all times. They got the work done and they said they would and they did a very nice job. I would recommend them to do my work anybody else's work anytime.

Donna was extremely pleasant and communicative. I felt comfortable and well informed every step of the process.

Mark is such a professional and genuine guy. Do what its takes to hold onto him !
