The work was done to perfection - like new. I was surprised the final cost was $600 higher than estimate but assume Mel cleared this with the insurance agent. Mel was great telling me what needed to get done and when. I really appreciated the daily updates and work done in estimated time line. Everyone so friendly and helpful especially when there was confusion with Hertz services.

I loved getting updates on my car. It was a great personal touch. The communication was stellar. I also appreciated the fact I was able to get a quote and then wait to get my funds taken care of without being pestered to come back in. My car looks new and your service is impeccable. Good team, the daily emails were a little lacking in any useful information, but as soon as they discovered something important, they reached out to me by phone and made sure it was addressed quickly.

Erica at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. Mel was a polite technician who was thorough with explanation of my repairs. My car was returned to me in better shape than when I left it. I am so happy I chose this company to do my repairs.

We are very happy with the repair. Mel at ABRA was great to deal with, he kept us informed of our cars repair progress. If we ever have to do this again I would prefer to have the work done by ABRA.

The representative who dealt with my car was very dismissive of my time. The first issued happened when I showed up for my appointment. He indicated that he had meant to call me because padrt had not arrived but forgot. I had to take time off of work that day. But, I rescheduled. I then asked him how long it would take to repair may car knowing that I was paying for rental out of pocket. He told me 48 hours. On the 30 hour mark when I called to check up, he tolde me "Not to worry...these tings take time...they would call when it was done." Needless to say, I felt like, if I were a man, he wouldn't have treated me like this. I spoke to the Manager (I beleive her name isMarsha). She immediately listen to my concerns and offered to pay for my rental car. I appreiated her intervention. However, I'm dissapointed that I needed to escalate the matter.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Accommodating as well. I also loved having my car returned to me washed & vacuumed!

The windshield that was supposed to be replaced along with other things, was not replaced... There were also new scratches left on my car after being serviced.

My car looks wonderful! Better than when I bought it, AND IT WAS SPARKLING CLEAN WHEN I PICKED IT UP!!!! You guys rock!

The emails could use some improvement I received an email saying my car would not be ready until Monday but it was ready when I was told it would be by end of day Friday
