I was told the car would be ready Friday, and it wasn't ready until the following Wednesday. This was the first time Abra did not meet their time commitment to me, so I hope it's just an anomaly, and not a trend.

Your people refused to take my cash as a payment..Then to top it off, the last lady n the back row rudely suggested I go obtain a money order to pay the bill..I would never go there again or recommend to anyone.

Great repair! My car looks brand new and was beautifully repaired and cleaned. Eric with geico went above and beyond, helping me with painting over some minor scratches from a previous accident. Quick, efficient, and quality repair job - I couldn't be happier!

They took way longer than they estimated to complete the repairs on my vehicle. Almost three weeks for a dented door and a paint job!! In addition they didn't make all of the repairs that my Allstate insurance adjuster had said needed to be done in his report. The staff works extremely slowly, lacks communication skills, and are completely incompetent!! I won't ever take my vehicle there again!!!

I'm pleased with the attention and Good service. I was kept informed at all time, about the status of the repair. However, Today when i went to pick up My auto i just noticed a flat tire. A nice man took care inmediatly but i just thought how no body noticed that before i did. It made me lost some time and made me felt a little unconfortable. Thanks

We received our car late Friday afternoon to find that the windscreen had not been repaired, and the car ran very roughly and the check engine light came on immediately upon leaving the shop premises as if something had not been reassembled properly in the engine compartment (vacuum hoses, etc). Unfortunately the shop is not open at the weekend and we had to secure a rental car to use. Additionally, better communication with the shop staff would have been helpful during the process. The original time frame we were told the car would be repaired in was the Tuesday before the Friday we received it. We had to actively call again and again to determine what the new timeframe would be. No one it seems answers the phone with any consistency. Sometimes a text message was sent when a real voice would have been a better solution. Real communication is ALWAYS better.

Was very satisfied with the customer service but when I got my car home found bad chipping on the new bumper. Otherwise I would have been more than satisfied.
