I couldn't have been any happier having Abra repair my truck after an accident. Right from the start they were courteous, fair and friendly. I loved the text message updates informing me of the progress of the repairs. When I picked up my truck, they were thorough with explaining everything they did. I'm always skeptical about repair shops, but Abra quickly changed my mind. It's safe to say I will be taking all future vehicles there if the need arrives.

From the 1st initial contact, the staff was the friendliest & most positive people, paperwork was prepared & no hassles whatsoever, the updates throughout the process was superb & humorous (loved the comments!), rental car with Ryan was fast & easy, to getting my vehicle back, Don washed &vacuumed it, it looks like a new vehicle! Everything they did was very efficient. From the initial estimate to finalizing the job, they could not have been more helpful.
