The car appears to have been scratched during detailing after the actual repair work was done. I have spoken to the store manager about this, and he says that he will take care of it. I will be taking the car in this afternoon to give him an opportunity to address the situation.

ABRA where do I start hmmm well the reason we went in was my wife's 05 BMW had been vandalized and who do you trust with such repairs? No one around really wanted to touch it so I check with my insurance for trusted repair shops ABRA was on my insurance ( State Farm ) top list for trusted repair shop, So we decided to give them a chance and WOW They turned out to be the best!!!
