Overall it was ok. I express my concern when I find out that the hood is only going to be repaired instead of replaced but I was assured that everything will be ok. My good is not closed completely. Is not bad but we notice that it's not as normal.

Everyone was so professional and courteous. I am thoroughly impressed with with work done on my vehicle. The fact that the car was cleaned both inside and out was a wonderful surprise. When I noticed that there was a slight bubble on the hood, Dave took it right back and sanded that down, plus he filled in a few extra chips on the side that did not need repairs. The workmanship is spectacular. My only wish is that I had asked to replace the other headlamp on the front so they both matched, as now half the front of my vehicle looks brand new and half looks used!

Repairs were not done correctly. My husband is having to take a lot of time to deal with this issue of poor quality while I am out of the country. I was assured repeatedly prior to choosing your shop and dropping my car off to have this work done that these repairs would be done correctly and with highest quality. I am very sad that this was not a true promise and I feel like I have been taken advantage of to believe this from Gerald. As I said in the beginning, my husband, Rob, is talking with your shop about this. I am just letting you know that I will not be able to recommend your shop to others for work to be done. I am so sad about this.
