The staff of V&F's was extremely courteous. However, your question asked if I was "completely" satisfied. I had two concerns. One was that the paint smell in the car is currently so overwhelming that I get light-headed on my commute to work. The second concern is that I believe that the passenger side was going to be wet-sanded or otherwise treated to reduce the noticeability of the scratch, and I'm sure it was. However, it does not look any different than when I brought the car in. However, let me be clear that I think V&F was a pleasure to do business with and would recommend them to others.
