Great customer service. Work on my car was finished lot sooner than expected. My car was cleaned thoroughly both inside and outside as if it was done at an automobile detailing shop. Very happy with there work.

Rear bumper was not installed properly on right side. There is a significant gap below the bumper and the rear right light. Rear sensors are not working..keeps disengage when I drive which causes a time to go off in the car. I have placed a call to the Rep on this. Although I did not expect the car to be spotless when it was returned, some additional care could have been taken to make sure car was a bit cleaner. There is something sticky and finger print smeared on the mirror repaired...amd on the window on passenger side. Overall I am pleased with the repair caused by the accident and the bumper repairs and paint job...I have no issues with that...but..the person who put the bumper back on should have seen that the gap in the rear was there and on the side. I don't have time now to be separated from my car any more so I am a bit disappointed that this issue still exsist...I just did not see the larger gap in the rear before I left the crnter and I did not check the sensors.

Lindsay Lexus has always provided me with top notch customer service. The personnel at the collision center and the service center were exceptional! Thank you for always providing me with very memorable visits.
