There was a lack of communication once the adjuster for the claim, Gavin, was taken off the case. Also when I pointed out scratches on the bumper that had been repaired the claim was made that it was done at the dealership. At that point own it and fix it the car was still in your car, and it was bugged out. We have brought our cars there four times now and this was by far the most frustrating/disappointing service we had rec’d.

It took longer than I expected, two weeks, but Justin kept me informed throughout. On pickup the outside was clean, inside one of the back seats had been lowered and left that way. A piece of the old door was left on the floor of the back along with a plastic coolant jug that had been cut to use a scoop. The carpet in the back was left a bit dirty. In spite of the above, the repairs are great, my set radio stations were left as they were (you have no idea how often car service people screw up the radio!), and all the office staff were excellent. I was very impressed with my Service Advisor Troy. He informed me of every step through out my repair process. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I brought it in! Shameka your front desk representative was spectacular! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable on policies and procedures! During my visit it was very hectic with telephone calls, various Insurance representatives as well as clients waiting too drop off cars, my point Shameka handled all the customers, phone calls with a genuine smile!
