Dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning at 7:15 and no one was notified that my truck was there until Wednesday afternoon. Due to computer outage and part damage it took ****.5 weeks to complete my vehicle. Rebecca was great whenever I called to inquirer about my truck.

The seal around the front windshield does not lay flat. I was told that it was because the window was not factory so it won't be be 100%.
Really disappointed in that explanation. Lindsay Collision does not hold up to the same high standards as Lindsay Lexus
In addition my car was not clean when I picked it up. Glue was all over the top, front and side of the car. The inside of my car had tape residue on everything.
I don't feel like there was any quality check performed on the car before I was called for pickup.
I really feel like Lindsay Collision was more concerned with me signing the documents, so that they could receive their check and did not care about the quality of their product.
I chose to go to Lindsey Collision because I thought I would get the same high quality service that Lindsay Lexus Provides. I was wrong. Next time I will shop around for a repair shop.
I love Lindsay Lexus but not impressed with Linsay Collision.
