3 repairs in 5 years. All my girls have smashed cars! Glad u remembered to put on front plate! nice job on VW! I could have chosen a number of other places and went to you!! Also appreciated your flex on puck up time. I was traveling. Smallthing - u estimated28 for pickup and it was ready 10 plus days early

Our customer service representative Patricia Carsten was awesome! she kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle from the start of the claim with USAA until we picked up the vehicle today. Upon pickup she provided information on time frames before the repair areas could be washed. Patricia provided us with new found faith in what exemplary customer service looks and feels like.

Last minute wipe down of some type of chemical (White spots) had to be done. There was some type Of chemical spill near the gear shift inside car.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Vi was patient and thorough, and he made sure the job got done sooner than had been estimated. Received text regarding car being ready but it wasn’t. I was on the way to pick it up. However car was ready the next day so I appreciated the quick turnaround. But when I picked up the car, there were boxes and an old seatbelt which I think are old parts. I am not sure what I should do with the parts.
