The 2 girls working the front desk the first day when I came in weren't too friendly. But my advisor Carlos was very nice, Enterprise was super nice, and the overall job repairing the car was very good. Fixing the car was the most important. Good job!

I understand that my rep is away until next week for a family funeral. My sincere condolences to her. I'm sure that we will be able to resolve the work discrepancies upon her return. The grille on my car was to be replaced, but what was replaced has many flaws and is unacceptable, as witnessed and expressed by the Lindsay rep who released my car. Lindsay has always been great with my repairs in the past and I am sure that they will take care of this problem.
